Privacy

Xferity is a self-hosted platform. Privacy is a function of your deployment boundaries, not ours.

No cloud data collection: Xferity does not send operational data, file transfer metadata, audit records, or configuration telemetry to any Xferity-operated cloud service. The runtime runs inside your infrastructure.

No tracking: the Xferity binary does not include analytics, tracking pixels, or externally-loaded resources that report back operational behavior.

Data stays where you put it: audit logs, state records, and file content stay on host filesystems and databases that you control.

The Xferity public website at xferity.com may use standard web analytics to understand which documentation pages are useful and how the site is navigated. That data relates to website usage, not to your Xferity deployment.

When you deploy Xferity, you control:

  • who can access the admin UI and API
  • where audit logs are stored and how long they are retained
  • who can read state records and run history
  • how session data is managed in Postgres-backed deployments

These are your responsibilities as an operator.

Partner and personnel data in transfer workflows

Section titled “Partner and personnel data in transfer workflows”

Files exchanged through Xferity may contain personal data about individuals (payroll files, HR records, healthcare data, etc.). That data handling is governed by your policies and applicable regulations, not by Xferity’s design.

Xferity does not inspect or process the content of transferred files beyond executing the transfer as configured.
